3. What type of treatment does Summit Malibu offer?

Summit Malibu offers primary treatment of drug addiction and/or alcoholism for adults 18 and over. Our rehab program is residential - participants live onsite during treatment. We also treat dual diagnosis (eating disorders, depression, bi-polarism, psychosis), usually with the assistance of outside therapists and physicians.

4. How long does treatment at Summit Malibu last?

Due to the individual nature of addiction and alcoholism, there is no prescribed treatment stay, although the vast majority of our program participants stay 30-45 days.

5. Can friends and family visit me during treatment at Summit Malibu?

Yes - not only are friends and family allowed to visit during treatment, but they are encouraged to do so. Summit Malibu makes a commitment to involve the client's friends and family in the treatment process through our highly successful family program.

Summit Malibu has several locations in Southern California, with affiliate programs in West Los Angeles and Santa Monica. Our primary residential treatment facility is located in a VERY private gated area of Malibu.
